Andy's Gobble Wobble 2023 Run

Andy is super excited to be pushed in the SMILE Mass Hoyt Running Stroller at the 10th annual Gobble Wobble. He had a great time last year and says “fast” as the runner pushes him as encouragement. SMILE Mass has been so wonderful for Andy. As many of you now, Andy has so many medical and physical complexities that it is often hard to find programs that will work with him. We have been turned away so many times. SMILE Mass caters to children and adults who are part of the 12.2% of the disabled population considered severely disable and medically complex. As part of SMILE Mass, Andy works out with his trainer at the gym each week, has learned to swim independently and loves to ride the adaptive bike that SMILE Mass purchased for him. Not to mention he now has friends who are like him! They love to swim, bowl or just hang out together. It was not until SMILE Mass became part of Andy’s life that he truly had friends.
