Nicholas' Gobble Wobble 2023
Not about PR's or finish times...But enjoying the wind in his face and participating!
Nicholas is so excited to be taking part in the Gobble Wobble Road Race in support of SMILE Mass. The Gobble Wobble is one of his favorite SMILE Mass events because it showcases people like him. It is important for anyone to spend time with like minded people and this is no different for Nicholas and his friends. Nicholas is part of the 12.2 percent of the disabled population that is considered severely disabled and medically complex and the Gobble Wobble puts them right at the front of the start line to highlight what they are capable of. For Nicholas and his friends, it's not about PR's or the finish times, but more so about enjoying the wind in his face, the cheers of the crowd, the joy of participating and being included. That's what SMILE Mass and the Gobble Wobble are all about.
